This Privacy Policy describes how Evo handles your information when you use our iOS application. By using Evo, you agree to the practices described here.

Evo is built privacy-first. We believe your conversations and data should remain yours, always.

Your data never leaves your device.

Powered by Apple Foundation Models, every conversation, every voice command, every image — processed entirely on your iPhone. No servers. No clouds. No exceptions.

How Evo Works

Evo uses Apple Foundation Models, which run entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence:

What's Stored Locally

On your device. Under your control.

Evo stores the following information locally on your device only:

  • Your conversation history (visible only to you)
  • App preferences and theme settings
  • Subscription status (managed by Apple)

This data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app or use the "Clear All" option in Settings.

Permissions We Request

All processing happens on-device.

For voice input. Audio is processed locally and never recorded or saved.

Converts your voice to text on-device using Apple's Speech framework.

To capture images for AI analysis. Images are processed entirely on-device.

To select images for analysis. Photos never leave your device.

You can revoke any permission anytime through your iPhone's Settings app.

Subscriptions

Managed entirely by Apple.

Evo offers an optional premium subscription called Evo Pro. Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

Children's Privacy

Designed with care.

Evo is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used Evo, please contact us immediately.

Your Rights

Complete control. Always.

Since Evo doesn't collect or store your data on external servers, you have complete control:

  • Delete conversations anytime within the app
  • Use "Clear All" in Settings to remove all data
  • Uninstall the app to remove all local data
  • Revoke any permissions through iPhone Settings

Changes to This Policy

Always transparent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Evo after changes means you accept the updated policy.
